• Child/Student/Athlete Information: First name, grade level, learning/achievement progress, profile picture (only visible to the parent and not for other users).
• Usage Data: In-app activity, achievements, scores, and progress history.
• Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system (for troubleshooting and security).
• Audio Data: Audio recordings made by the child (only accessible to the user/parent, not public).

2. How We Use Information

• Personalize the app experience.
• Track learning and athletic progress.
• Provide reports to Authorized Adults (parents, teachers, coaches).
• Improve app functionality and educational content.
• Communicate with Authorized Adults about updates or progress.

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Children under 13 must use the App only under supervision of an Authorized Adult.
• Parents/guardians always retain the right to review or delete their child’s personal information, including profile pictures and audio recordings.
• We do not sell, rent, or share children’s data for marketing purposes.

4. School & Sports Program Use

When used in schools or sports programs, teachers and coaches may access student/athlete progress data for group learning or team development.

Parents/guardians retain full rights to review, update, or request deletion of their child’s personal data.

Institutional accounts (schools, teams, clubs) may be subject to additional agreements.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with:

• Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, and app functionality.
• Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect safety.

We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
